First off, I love these two (or should I say three!).. they were so fun, easy going, and down-right adorable! Wally, their lab-baby, was a pleasure to work with too haha. He was so sweet and wanted to chase every single squirrel and duck he saw! Towards the end of our session, we tried to ATTEMPT, knowing it probably wouldn’t happen…balancing the ring on his nose. Well, he almost ate it…so we tried no more haha.
I met Britney last December at a client of mine’s wedding that she was a bridesmaid for! Britney + Tommy are getting married at Oatmeal this October at the Twisted Ranch and I absolutely cannot wait to photograph their big day. I love engagement sessions because it gives me and my clients a chance to get to know each other and make the wedding day more comfortable. I don’t know how someone could meet their photographer on the day of their wedding for the first time (that’s why I LOVE doing pre-consultations too!)… Getting to know my couples allows me to feel their style and get exactly what they want on their big day!…. We met up for their engagement session at Hermann Park this past BEAUTIFUL Sunday. The sun could not have been anymore happy. I had so much fun working with you guys! You are SO cute together and so obviously in love. I know your wedding day is going to be amazing and I can’t wait for it! Ohh and checkout that amazingly beautiful quilt… it’s Britney’s Mom’s quilt and it was absolutely perfect for the shoot!
