It’s kind of hard to start this blog post because I just love these two so much…I could probably ramble on and on! About three years ago, Jason contacted me to photograph his proposal to Ashley in Huntsville, where they first met. I knew Ashley from my ASL class at Sam Houston already so I was super excited when he contacted me and told me who his girlfriend was!! He had it all planned out perfectly down to the exact spot he wanted me to be hiding when he popped the question. He re-inacted their very first date and on the last stop from memory-lane he got on one knee and proposed! It was perfectly romantic and I remember almost crying haha! A few months later we did engagement photos, their BEAUTIFUL wedding, family photos, and more. Now I am SO excited to show you their MATERNITY session!!
We shot on THE most beautiful (though incredibly hot) day last Saturday in Houston. They had so many cute props for their shoot! Balloons, shoes, banners, books, cute shirts, ….photographer heaven <3. Converse has always been an important thing to them… and has been incorporated in every session we have done. They even wore them on their wedding day, and I did a converse heart photo with Ashley’s wedding shoes… so of course we had to reincorporate that photo with Miss Quinn’s baby pink converse!! Ashley, you are GORGEOUS… and carrying that baby so well… you are going to be an excellent mother, and I’m so excited for you guys! Congratulations on your soon to be baby Quinn! 🙂 I cannot wait to meet her!
