A librarian finds her prince charming! Matt proposed to Jenna on the jetty out in Galveston last year 🙂 I love when I just know initially in a conversation with my clients how well we are are going to click… and they proved me right again!  Not only are they adorable on the outside, they are care-free, down-to-earth, loving people who are madly in love with each other. One of my favorite things about engagement sessions is how fun they are.. which is exactly how it should be. Capturing FUN and love 🙂  These locations fits their personalities perfect.. and it was also meaningful at Galveston not only because that’s where Matt proposed to his love…but is where their family likes to go after Thanksgiving every year! It was a chilly day.. but they braved it out for this sweet session!
We started on The Strand, one of my favorite places to be (I mean I feel like it’s absolutely impossible to be sad here!!). This cute little historic area with copious amount of backdrops left me with no problem finding creative charm for their session! We did some get out of the car stop-and-shoots.. (Thank you guys for baring with me there haha!), and headed off to the Pleasure Pier and Murdoch’s on the seawall. The water was WAY too cold for ‘venturing into, so we kept it simple in the sand this time 😉
Someone tell me again how going to the beach, making new friends, and playing in the sand & sun is my job again? 🙂 Enjoy some of my favorites from this Galveston, TX beach engagement session with a few stops at The Strand and Murdoch’s in between!
