I was so excited when Dee e-mailed me about shooting their sweet elopement courthouse wedding. She was SO sweet in our e-mails (and actually read my about me section on my website and knew how much I loved frapps- and gave me a sweet Starbucks gift card!! Ahh!). You two are adorable, fun, sweet, kind, and just perfectly amazing for each other in every way. They love to play video games together and Derrek proposed to his bride on Christmas Eve by recreating a scene from a game that they both loved. He had a gift for her to open – and inside the box was a treasure box that played a song – and when the initial shock hit she realized it was a RING!! And a beautiful one at that!
Dee found her dress and paired it with a beautiful lace top and accented it with a blue belt and blue shoes! Her forever-bouquet she found on Etsy and I’m in love with it!
They both said their sweet “I do’s” this March on Friday, the 13th. It was a beautiful day with close friends and family. I’m so honored to be a part of it all. Here are some of my favorites from their day!
I told them to be silly and let the last few frames before I left to just be fun and anything they wanted to do – they gave me laughter and zombie dances haha! Do I have the best clients EVER or what?!
