Three Nails Workshop Pt. 1 – The Engagement | Houston, Texas Engagement Photographer

Last month on Valentine’s weekend I had the incredible opportunity to attend Hunter Leone’s Three Nails Photography workshop. I HAD to snag a seat to attend one of his workshops and I was anxious and excited beyond words as soon as I signed up. I packed up my bags and headed to Shreveport, Louisiana for one of the most inspiring weekends of my photography career. The first day we did a styled engagement session on the lake with the canoe setup. The second day we did a styled bridal and wedding (you’ll have to wait to see those, but they’re out of this world and worth the wait!). It was so exciting to experiment with lighting, learn new techniques, and meet photographers from all across the world. I have been itching to get this blog post up, and I was originally going to post the entire workshop experience on one blog… but what’s the fun in that? haha. So, here’s some favorites from the engagement portion, with the bridals + wedding to come SOON! I took not only new knowledge and some awesome photos home with me… I took home a confidence booster and a refreshed mind. I took home memories, experiences, and feelings I could never begin to describe in words.

This workshop really did kick my butt in gear. When I got back to Texas I was exhausted but burning with inspiration and passion to create new things. I just recently styled my own themed bridal inspired session and I absolutely cannot wait to get that up on the blog soon also. So much new stuff to come to Endless Exposures!
