Chris + Kristina | Austin, TX Engagement Photographer

I recently met up with these two cuties in Austin for their (hot.. literally.. goodness does Texas get steamy or what!) engagement session. Kristina wanted to do something more out of the norm than the typical Austin engagement session (and if you know me.. I will always agree to being different haha!). I loved that she wanted a nature feel during the session.. We went on nature trails, mountain hikes, and explored (and huffed and puffed.. sweat our butts off.. they still looked amazing, not me on the other hand haha!) I asked them if they would take off their shoes and jump in the water.. and they did! I love fun clients who trust me.. and are willing to try things (even if they think I’m batty).

When we were about to head off to what we thought was going to be the last location to our session, I thought how fun and different it would be.. to shoot at their new house, where memories have been made and it’s more personal to them. So! We spontaneously ended our session at their house on their beautiful balcony, in Chris’ new jeep, and then at the boat dock. It was SO beautiful.. every single location.. but when we got to the boat dock area I was completely in awe of the view, the serenity of the water, everything. We made some pretty dang good choices that day guys! haha. They are so refreshingly cute.. and in love! I hope nothing but the best for your future and I’m SO honored to have been your photographer. I won’t ever forget when Kristina said “this is the photoshoot of my dreams!”.. it made my day, week, month, maybe even career haha! Thank you guys for being so amazing.. it was such a fun day, and I hope you treasure these forever!
