These two.. phew! I don’t think I even need many words (I’ll let the pictures do the talking) for how adorably cute they are with each other. I knew when Meghan first e-mailed me that we were going to mesh super well. One of the things I love about my job is getting to know my couples on a deeper level than just a client. She was so sweet in our e-mails, and even more charming in person. Doug was funny, patient, and so kind to her – I know they’re meant to be together. During our ENTIRE session they were super cute and natural laughter between the two. They were down for trying anything – and Doug absolutely couldn’t keep his hands off her! I loved how every time I asked them to kiss, he said OF COURSE, and didn’t want to stop. The little sneak peeks that I was sending them along the way – all the way to the final gallery, they had nothing but kind words and excitement for their images. This TRULY makes me happy – to know that I can capture these little memories along the way of someone’s life. Sometimes I can’t even believe getting to spend the day at the beach ‘snapping some photos’ is really my job ;). Thank you two for being such amazing models.. making my job SO easy.. and for the fun evening we spent in Galveston! It had to have been meant to be that day – because as soon as our session was over the clouds opened up and it POURED. Perfect timing 🙂
We walked around The Strand, had some coffee, played with lollipops, explored some new areas, and ended it with some fun, playful, and romantic shots at the beach. I wanted this session to be SUPER fun.. and romantic.. to really show the love they have for each other and bring out their personalities.
