This sweet couple’s proposal story went down in the books in 2016! Bennett proposed to Lauren on a cruise to Cozumel during a romantic sunset! They were on the balcony after being dressed to impress after a comedy show and Bennett got down on one knee to pop the question and Lauren of course said.. yes! These two were without a doubt meant for each other. Their contagious kind and funny personalities were spread all over their family and friends throughout the whole night. Lauren even sent me a sweet thank-you note after the wedding, so thoughtful when there’s so many other things to be doing after a wedding. I love how thoughtful my clients are and taking back a new friendship!
Lauren’s dress blew me away with the lace detail, it was so hard not to photograph it constantly haha! They got married on a sunset in October with their closest friends and family — they wanted to have a garden/fairytale/romantic moody wedding and I think they accomplished all of that and more! Lauren and Bennett exchanged sweet gifts before the ceremony and were in suites next to each other at the beautiful Tuscan Courtyards wedding party suite! We really loved photographing at this venue and hope to have more weddings here someday. The sun sets so gorgeously over the ceremony site, and with gorgeous forest trees to do post-ceremony formals at, the vines and architecture throughout the venue, this makes it perfect for all-in-one and an intimate setting. The ceremony immediately leads into the reception area where guests took a key to guide them to their seat.. and enjoyed dancing, eating, a fun Photo Booth, and more.
