The last few weeks have sure been crazy! Between hurricane Harvey, and our trip for the first time out of the country. we have learned the actual definition of “jet lag” and it is much much more than just feeling off your time zone, oh boy! On the bright-side, I have also learned that getting up before everyone else means you can get a LOT MORE DONE, so that’s pretty awesome. 🙂 We had a portrait-shoot this last weekend and it was abort mission, still, TOO HOT, so we are still taking a few weeks off until this heat cools down, and portrait sessions + weddings will be in full swing for us again! 🙂
Haley + Michael rocked their engagement session a few months ago so much and I’m so excited to jump back in to this upcoming wedding season, feeling refreshed after a few weeks off with this love sesh as a kick-starter! Haley is a travel-bug herself and after recently getting over my fear of airplanes (I know I know) haha, I have quickly discovered the world is something I need to see (oh, and now I really love how it feels to be lifted into the sky!!). Sharing that travel-passion with someone else is so awesome!
We spent this beautiful sunny afternoon playing in the woods and laughing way too hard haha! They are so adorable together and very obviously best-friends and lifetime partners. If you can’t feel this chemistry then you’re not looking close enough. I hope you feel the love as much as I do in these photos! I absolutely can’t wait for Michael and Haley’s wedding at Beckendorff this 11-11 (best. date. ever), and to get to know them both and their families even more!
