It has been a pretty rough weekend for Texas and we have been praying for our fellow Texans and everyone effected in this devastating hurricane. It is astounding how everyone has come together as a community, and social media has played such an important role in keeping everyone in touch. I am absolutely amazed with the help pouring in all around us to Houston and surrounding areas. My husband and I have been pacing back and fourth, praying like crazy, and catching up on things while we still had electricity. I was able to deliver my final wedding gallery this weekend before our vacation to Thailand next week and I figured while I was hunkering down here in Houston I could catch up on some blogging to take my mind off of everything that is going on around us while we still have power.
So on a happier note and a beautiful distraction.. 🙂 Sara + Austin had an incredible wedding this spring and I wanted to share some of my favorites from their day! We had a wonderful time getting to know them over the months and photographing their engagement session was a blast. They are so naturally romantic, sexy, and perfectly in love..the camera adores them! Their love for each other was so sweet and respectful and listening to the toasts from family + friends just further confirmed my own assumptions ;). These two are ON FIRE!! <3
They had their ceremony outside at their church, River Pointe, in Richmond. We did couple and wedding party photos behind the church in a forest area and then headed to their fun + flirty reception at Fort Bend Country Club.
